The Human Resources Employment Services Department at SCCOE is responsible for managing a broad range of employment-related functions that support employees throughout their lifecycle. Core responsibilities include position assignment and control, compensation administration, and the processing of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and separations. The department also maintains official employee records and oversees SCCOE employee credentialing to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
To provide consistent and responsive service, each SCCOE employee is assigned to a dedicated Human Resources Specialist. Assignments are determined based on the employee’s department, cluster site, and/or program, as outlined below. This structure ensures clear points of contact and streamlined support for all employment-related needs.
